Andrew Stein began his career working for several of the finest builders on the Main Line.  In 1973 he started his own company and continued to collaborate with other leading contractors.

His last company, Design Manifest Inc. was formed in 1986 and completed thousands of projects for many local families.  Andrew retired in 2017 after 45 years in the industry.  He is now offering his experience, wisdom and integrity to clients involved in Residential construction.

Andrew has an impeccable reputation.  He is a past Treasurer and President of the Nationa Kitchen and Bath Association - Mid Atlantic.  He was licensed in Lower Merion and other local townships for 40 years and did not have a single complaint, law sut, or any controversy during his tenure.  He was loved by his clients for his honesty, skills, creativity, kindness and follow through.  He consistenly returned every call, completed every project in a timely way, and was always accountable around his agreements.

Design Manifest was a sought after contractor who completed multiple multi million dollar projects as well as many smaller jobs.  Andrew was a certified designer and was involved in many residential kitchen and bathroom projects as well as major additions, structiural alterations, and new construction.

Andrew was at the cutting edge of the residntial remodeling industry.  He has continued to study construction methods, scheduling and management practices, estimating, and risk mitigation methods.
